Pearl design places great emphasis on quality and care. We produce exclusively by hand and with high-quality materials.

Nevertheless, it can happen that threads break or small parts such as beads fall off.

For this reason, we offer free repairs for all of our pieces that show damage within a period of up to one year after purchase, WITHOUT third-party fault or incorrect care, such as ignoring the care instructions.

All you have to do is send the piece of jewelry to be repaired (earrings in pairs and with all parts!) to our company headquarters:

sent with tracking number, name and address, telephone or email address including the order number.

Please ensure appropriate packaging.

No liability is accepted for damage caused by shipping, incorrect storage or unfortunate environmental influences. After a short check, we will contact you and discuss the further process. We would like to point out that the customer has to bear the shipping costs themselves. We will take care of the return shipping within Austria! If the piece of jewelry has defects within the first 3 months, we will cover the entire shipping costs! The Pearl Design company makes all of its jewelry by hand. Various inequalities or minimal differences in length are therefore normal. Differences in the color of semi-precious stones or pearls, discoloration of ear studs or clasps due to frequent wearing do not constitute a defect and are not considered grounds for complaint! We would like to point out that there is a 14 day exchange policy. If the piece purchased from our company does not meet expectations, you have the option of sending it back to us including all parts. The amount paid will then be transferred back to the buyer's account or exchanged for a voucher if desired.
